Cancellation Policy

Cancelation policy As a courtesy, appointment confirmations are sent out 72 hours before and appointment reminders 24 hours prior to your appointment either by text, email or both. You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 48hrs before your appointment. Cancellations within 48hrs are only accepted as a voicemail, or text to 860.222.9677. If an appointment is cancelled within 48-24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. If you no show your appointment, reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee. Appointments booked,  48 hours or less prior to service and after hours appointments are still subject to our cancellation policy. Declined or Failed transactions for late cancelation/no show fees will result in the client being banned from booking in the future. Refund policy You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will make every effort to make you satisfied, which will be done with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 48 hours of your last appointment or you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service. Appointment Etiquette Please arrive to your appointment free of makeup in your eye area, there is a bathroom located in our salon where you can remove eye makeup, if you fail to do so you will be charged a $25.00 cleaning fee. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, your service will be shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late with no notification, will be considered a no show, our cancellation/ no show policy will then be in effect. Sick Cilent Policy If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other guests, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or rescheduled for when you are healthy again. We understand the occasional family emergency may arise unexpectedly. Forgin Fills New Clients with extensions must schedule a consult prior to booking a fill appointment. If you have lashes from another artists there is a possibility that your lashes may need to be removed and reapplied properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension training, certifications, and state board regulations; there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained. At Bellissimo Aesthetic, our top priority is to protect the integrity of your eye health and natural lashes. In the case you are arriving to us from another artist, then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed. After Hours Appointments Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a rush to find an appointment outside of our normal business hours. After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $35 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointments.
